Kloofing in Kong Canyon

Day excursion

The ultimate African Kloofing trip in the foothills of the Drakensberg - Injisuthi Valley. After an energetic and fairly steep hike to the start we will descend a total of 200m over various rappels and abseils ranging from 5m -25m, some of which will be in water and others dry. The various descents, gorgeous forests, waterfalls and rock pools will keep the group occupied and exhilarated for the duration of the trip.

There will be experienced guides on the Kloof with the group at all times and a safety briefing talk will be given to the participants before the trip. All safety equipment is supplied by us. We carry a medical aid kit and cell phone at all times.

What to bring:

• Sunhat
• Sunscreen
• Very comfortable walking shoes
• Clothing that will get wet!
• Water bottle
• Your own snacks/ lunch (or speak to us if you would like us to include a packed lunch or make use of our restaurant on return from the trip)
