GENERAL CONDITIONS

Right of admission is reserved. Entry to Four Rivers Rafting & Adventures’ premises, partaking in its excursions and teambuilding events on other properties is done so entirely at your own risk. Indemnity must be signed before guests participate in activities.

Four Rivers Rafting & Adventures reserves the right to cancel or update packages & activity prices at any time

INDEMNITY

Four Rivers Rafting & Adventures disclaims any liability for injury, death, loss or damage to the participant or any other person, or property, arising out of the use of the facilities and participation in the activities not withstanding that such injury, death, loss or damage may be caused by the negligence of Four Rivers Rafting & Adventures or any person acting on its behalf or through any other cause. In the unlikely event of an accident, the cost of medical assistance or evacuation, or repairs to client’s vehicles or personal property, will be the responsibility of the client.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations or changes must be received in writing. No verbal instructions will be accepted.

Cancellation 4-5 days prior to date reserved will result in a fee of 50% of the total account

Cancellation 1-3 days prior to date reserved will result in a fee of 75% of the total account

Cancellation on day of function or a no show will result in a fee of 100% of the total account
